Vimeo is a platform similar to YouTube but it has less active users.

Google+ has 111 million active users but only about 6.7 million users that have more than 50 posts on their profile. Google+ only allows you to advertise if you have 1000 active users on your profile. You can create ad pages and link these with your YouTube profile.
Google+ has a very tailored ad experience but it is a shame that this platform is not used a lot. Hopefully, this will change in the near future!
